Processing Time Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Note that during holidays, there may be delays in processing.

If you provide invalid information, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 3-5 business days. This is due to inaccurate or incomplete payment details or incorrect address information.

Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service. For uncertainty about your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com. This verification does not apply to international orders.

We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Disclaimer: Clean Gut is not liable if the package delivery is delayed beyond the guaranteed shipping times since it takes 1-2 business days to process an order, and we are not responsible for USPS guarantees.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Shipping times vary based on the selected method and do not include weekends or holidays. Clean Gut is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If a package is refused, the shipping and handling fees will be charged to your payment method and deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused products will only be processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.

Our primary delivery service is United Parcel Service (UPS). We cannot guarantee replacements for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you experience delays or other issues with your delivery, please contact us. Clean Gut is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

International Shipping: On rare occasions, shipping to some international countries can take 4-6 weeks, and in severe cases, 8-12 weeks. Clean Gut is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Additional shipping fees may be required due to geographical location.

Cancel Order Due to high order volume, orders are immediately processed at our fulfillment center. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers should either refuse the package upon delivery and notify us of the refusal, or return the package with a valid tracking number.

Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is correctly entered. We cannot accommodate address changes due to our strict shipping schedule. If an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address; we must wait to see if the package is returned to us. In such cases, we can offer a reshipment or refund.

Delivery of Items If tracking information confirms delivery to your address, but you claim not to have received your item, we do not offer refunds. Please contact USPS or the designated shipping company for assistance.

Returns To receive a full refund, return all bottles (empty, full, or partially full, including any bonus or free bottles) to our fulfillment center at the following address within 365 days of the original order date. Include a note with the following:

  • Your Order ID (found on your receipt)
  • Your Full Name and Address where the shipment was received
  • Your Email Address and Phone Number
  • Your original packaging slip (if available)

Note: Not returning all bottles results in a partial refund.

Provide a tracking number for your return to avoid delays. Once we receive the package and verify the contents, a refund will be issued. Refunds are credited back to your bank account and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
